Nikki’s practice focuses on real estate with an emphasis on commercial leasing. She handles landlord and tenant representation for commercial leases, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation, with an emphasis on retail tenant leasing and landlord leasing projects for office, retail, and industrial projects. Nikki also acts as borrower’s counsel for real estate developers, including negotiating loan documents and preparing loan opinion letters. She also represents various real estate developers in the purchase and sale of commercial property.

In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, camping, and following her favorite sports teams.
