As a member of the firm’s Business Section, Jessica counsels clients on corporate formation and deal structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection and portfolio management, corporate governance, and corporate law. As part of her practice, Jessica also focuses her efforts in the alcoholic beverage industry, including working with brewing, distilling, and restaurant/retail clients.

Before joining Moye White, Jessica worked at a Denver based law firm, where she represented companies and individuals in various industries and business life cycles. Additionally, Jessica worked at the Brewers Association as a Government Affairs Legal Intern where she developed resources related to various laws and regulations brewers face on a daily basis.

In her spare time, Jessica loves skiing, running, hiking, going to concerts, visiting local producers and restaurants, and traveling the world.
