Amy is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, financing, and due diligence review of various asset types including retail, multifamily, office, warehouse, telecom, and healthcare properties. 

Amy’s in-house and independent practice experience allows her to bring a comprehensive perspective to her client’s needs. While in private practice, she represented sellers, buyers, and borrowers in purchase and financing transactions, including the disposition of over $50 million in real estate assets and the acquisition of a $38 million multifamily property. Moreover, Amy contributed the strategic analysis of portfolios for non-real estate-focused clients. Amy has the exceptional ability to draft, review, and negotiate a breadth of real estate documents and contracts, from purchase and sale agreements to estoppels and easements and everything in between.

Prior to joining Moye White, Amy worked in-house as a senior director of development for an international healthcare company with over 2,500 facilities. While there, she was lead counsel and support for the in-house real estate development team for kidney care and multi-discipline clinics and office facilities nationwide.
