Billy Jones is an accomplished litigator in Moye White’s Trial section, concentrating his practice in complex civil litigation including franchise, insurance defense and coverage, product liability, trust and estate, and real estate litigation.

As chair of Moye White’s franchise group, Billy represents franchisors in disputes with franchisees and provides valuable advice regarding business development and sales and offerings compliance. Focused and aggressive, Billy represents corporate clients in the variety of claims that arise in the business world. For his clients with interests in manufacturing, wholesaleing, and retail businesses, Billy has extensive experience defending against manufacturing, design defect, negligence, and breach of warranty claims.

A true advocate, Billy protects the interests of his clients against claims of directors’ and officers' liability, bad faith, negligence, and other torts. Billy also has extensive experience in cases involving real estate and associated transactions.

Billy provides exceptional counsel at trial, through appeal, and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Billy views his client relationships as ongoing partnerships in which he provides guidance to prevail at trial and minimize the potential for future claims.

With extensive trial experience before all state and federal courts in Colorado. Billy also is licensed to practice law in both the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. His practice has included appellate representation before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, and the South Dakota Supreme Court.

Billy's drive and commitment are evident in his community outreach. He is an accomplished speaker for the bar association and various defense attorney groups. Billy, his wife, children, and dogs often can be found in the great outdoors, hiking, biking, or camping.
