Within the scope of her real estate practice, Terri represents financial institutions, owners, developers, and investors in development, finance, lending, and purchase and sale transactions for industrial and commercial projects. She utilizes her diverse transactional background to help clients negotiate land use, permitting, zoning, entitlements, agreements, and most other complex real property-related matters, providing project management oversight and guidance.
