Enthusiastic and conscientious, Suzanne Rauch represents client interests in matters related to general civil litigation, contracts, creditors’ rights, employment, finance, franchising, loans, partnerships, and law firm risk management.

Suzanne has combined her background in sociology and psychology with her conflict resolution skills to become a respected trial attorney. Through meticulous preparation, concise strategy, and defined goals, Suzanne counsels employers on workplace discrimination, wrongful discharge, unfair hiring practices, collective bargaining, and benefits issues, among other concerns. She also litigates to enforce terms of insurance contracts and protect insurance providers against fraudulent policyholder claims.

Suzanne assists law firms with complex and unique challenges, defending against claims of impropriety related to advertising, conflicts of interest, partnership structures, letters of engagement, negotiation ethics, retainers, and vendor contracts.

Suzanne collaborates with business clients to develop sound operational procedures geared to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. She adeptly performs research and drafts memoranda, discovery requests, summary judgment motions, and other pleadings and motions in connection with efficient case management.

Prior to joining Moye White, Suzanne served as a judicial law clerk with the Colorado Court of Appeals and the 20th Judicial District.

A true Coloradan, Suzanne moved to Colorado after she visited the state and was captivated by its natural beauty. She enjoys skiing and mountain biking, among other outdoor pursuits.
