Randy has been providing real estate advice to his clients since 1982. As a partner at Moye White and a member of the firm’s real estate group, he has extensive experience in complex commercial acquisition and disposition transactions concerning all types of properties, commercial leasing transactions (including office, warehouse, shopping center and build-to-suit leases), commercial financing transactions representing a wide variety of both lenders and borrowers (including loan origination, due diligence and documentation, loan work-outs and restructuring, foreclosures and receiverships), commercial and residential development and construction transactions, and title insurance and title-related matters.

Known for his intense focus on the legal needs of his clients, he enjoys working with “intelligent, highly motivated people who are all extremely successful in their chosen fields.” Randy believes that lawyers should serve as intrinsic members of every client’s team: “We are not simply consultants engaged to give advice concerning arcane legal issues. Instead, we should be included as an integral component in all facets of each client’s business transactions team.”

Randy’s representative clients include banks, casinos, leasing companies, sand and gravel companies, title companies, theater owners, temporary housing providers, public and private real estate investors, restaurant, warehouse, residential, office and hotel developers, insurance companies, public entities and realty advisors.

Having consummated numerous large, complex loans, leases, acquisitions and developments, Randy still enjoys working with his smaller clients. “Their legal needs are real and personal because their business is their livelihood. They generate interesting legal issues, even though they are not large corporate clients, and the business people are very personable and directly engaged in the issues affecting their respective companies.”

Randy thoroughly enjoys the practice of law and cannot imagine working in any other profession. He is a Colorado native, hailing from Alamosa, which is located in the beautiful San Luis Valley of southern Colorado.
