Rachel Theilmann

Put your best foot forward. That’s Rachel Theilmann’s motto. From her days as a domestic violence victim advocate to her career as a litigation associate, Rachel has always put maximum effort into everything she does.

As an attorney on Moye White’s Trial team, Rachel handles diverse aspects of employment, insurance, real estate, and general commercial litigation for clients across all industries. She provides exceptional counsel in workers’ compensation, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and labor relations disputes.

Creative and detailed, Rachel advises owners, contractors, tenants, suppliers and subcontractors in real property conflicts that involve compliance, contract interpretation, defect claims, insurance, liens, regulatory matters, and workplace safety.

She advocates for clients at trial, in administrative proceedings, on appeal, and in mediations and arbitrations. Rachel is adept conducting depositions, performing legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Prior to joining Moye White, Rachel worked as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Seventeenth Judicial District in Brighton, Colorado. With her Spanish major, Rachel previously served as a volunteer translator for the Institute for Latin American Concern in Santiago, Dominican Republic and also studied abroad in Costa Rica.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys making a difference in her community, volunteering with organizations that range from Habitat for Humanity to Interfaith Hospitality Network. She also spends time running, hiking, and reading.
