Monica Kadrmas

Attorney, Transaction Section

Prior to obtaining her degrees, Monica Kadrmas participated in mock trials and academic competitions, and volunteered fora variety of social causes. These early endeavors taught her much about civic responsibility. She has integrated her dedication to service and her passion for excellence as an attorney in Moye White’s Transaction section.

Disciplined and efficient, Monica provides comprehensive representation in residential and commercial acquisition, development, financing, leasing, municipal planning and entitlement, and title insurance issues 

Monica assists clients with entity formation, preparation and review of real estate documents, land use planning, environmental compliance, permitting, and risk management review. She also provides informed counsel with regard to foreclosure and problem loan workouts.

With a solid title insurance background, Monica reviews insurance policies for defects and encumbrances, chain of title matters, questions of insurability, and liability/risk assessment. Prior to arriving at Moye White, Monica served as vice president and general counsel for a title insurance agency.

Committed to helping others, Monica helps raise funding and awareness for various charitable causes. She also enjoys fishing and hiking.  Her tastes in literature vary from classic to modern, including Charles Dickens, Robert Frost, and Stephen King.
