Maurice’s practice focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, and debt and equity financings. He has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in the planning and execution of strategic transactions across a wide range of industries including real estate development, retail, media, automotive, oil and gas, healthcare and financial services.

Maurice also regularly provides general corporate counseling to clients and has advised boards of directors regarding fiduciary duties and corporate governance.

A native of Peru, Maurice has leveraged his knowledge of Latin American markets to help US-based investors successfully complete multiple cross-border deals.
