Positive impact. That’s how Lorni Sharrow views her purpose as an estate planning attorney. A skilled communicator, Lorni is committed to individuals and families to ensure a legacy for generations.

A fifth generation Coloradan, Lorni is passionate about family and legacy. She brings this perspective to her estate planning and her estate administration work with individuals, families, and closely-held businesses. To achieve smooth succession for future generations, Lorni provides key guidance with many estate planning tools and business strategies to facilitate wealth preservation and values transfer. With contingency planning, Lorni also serves young families, individuals, and married or partnered couples to plan for the unexpected. In estate administration, Lorni serves her clients efficiently and effectively through the process of implementing their loved one’s intent. Lorni works with creativity and dedication.

Lorni is particularly adept and sensitive to the financial and operational needs of nonprofit organizations including private foundations. She serves as an advocate and counselor, advising on business structure, business strategy, fiduciary responsibility, and gift structuring.

Prior to joining Moye White, Lorni served as the Interim Dean and Assistant Dean for The Women’s College of the University of Denver, as the Acting Assistant Dean of Administration for the DU College of Law, and as the Assistant Director for the Legal Administration Program at the DU College of Law. In these progressively responsible positions, Lorni assisted students and faculty in the planning and administration of college curriculum, admissions, budgets, human resources, marketing, student and community relations.

Lorni and her husband, a hospice social worker, enjoy spending time outdoors with their daughters, sharing their love for Colorado.
