Jackie provides strategic representation in business planning and formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate governance, state and federal securities compliance, and restructurings. She assists with commercial negotiations, drafting and execution of contracts, and development of long-term growth and development plans. She represents entrepreneurs in venture capital financings and advises clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and exit strategies.

A seasoned financial professional, Jackie has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Jackie enjoys playing hockey and played in the 2007 World Pond Hockey Championships in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick. She also enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, who was rescued from Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina.
