As an attorney on Moye White’s Trial section, Dean Richardson utilizes preparation, diligence, commitment, and experience to his clients’ advantage each and every day.

Decisive and creative, Dean represents a variety of clients in commercial, civil, real estate, and workers’ compensation disputes. He offers counsel in cases involving ADA violations, antitrust, business torts, contracts, and director and officer defense. Dean also protects and enforces client interests in shareholder disputes, unfair competition, vendor relationships, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Within the scope of his real estate practice, Dean provides counsel in real property conflicts related to land ownership, construction defects, leasing disputes, mechanics’ liens, and bond claims. He represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, and homeowners associations in state courts.

Dean enjoys spending his off hours traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, hiking, watching stand-up comedy, and watching The University of Tennessee football team win national championships.
