Dave Howell has experience in matters ranging from counseling local businesses to litigating complex commercial disputes and this diverse background has given him the perspective to implement the most efficient and effective strategy to solve any problem. Dave has assisted local, regional, national, and international clients in defending and prosecuting lawsuits, navigating administrative proceedings, and negotiating settlements. He understands the unique issues that face each client according to its industry and objective.
As a litigator, Dave focuses his practice on employment disputes, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, disclosure of trade secrets, and harassment. He is also adept at protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including trademark, copyright, and licensing.

Dave has a background in computer science and music, which have fostered his acuity for creative problem solving. In his free time, Dave continues to play the drums and guitar, enjoys hiking and snowboarding in the mountains, and traveling.
