Chris represents and defends clients in general commercial, construction and securities litigation. He works diligently in corporate matters ranging from contracts, fraud, and statutory violations, to financial, insurance, and real estate disputes. A licensed pilot with experience in the aviation industry, Chris counsels clients in a wide range of aviation legal matters.

With practical knowledge of both the laws and the construction industry, Chris defends client interests in construction matters representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Chris works with his clients to negotiate cost effective resolutions to disputes and protects their interests through aggressive and skillful representation at trial. From contract negotiations to construction defect litigation, Chris works with clients to realize their goals.

Whether examining witnesses, conducting depositions, or performing research or discovery, Chris offers skillful counsel that extends to jury trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and appeals.
